HealthTrack Pro

HealthTrack Pro is a React Native application that integrates wearable data with an AI recommendation engine to provide personalized health insights. The doctor portal allows physicians to monitor patient vitals in real time and set alert thresholds. We built a custom TensorFlow Lite model for on-device anomaly detection to keep sensitive health data off the cloud.
